 If you're looking to run a device over a long distance then this 60m extender kit is ideal. Each kit comes with X 2 extender boxes (one local and one remote) and you then simply run Cat 5E network cable with RJ45 connectors on the end (up to a maximum of 60m) between the two units. If you've already got a Cat 5E (local network in place then you can simply connect these up to your network. Easy to install and use. Whilst they are only USB 1.1 they are still a great solution for all manner of tricky remote connection problems e.g. printers, scanners. keyboards, mice, digital cameras, storage devices etc.
