There are two version available, one with just a USB interface (Model: HHU-280IN) and one with a USB and eSATA Interface (Model HHC-281IN) - this is the way in which the Hard Drive Caddy connects to your PC.

Both models are designed for SATA (Serial ATA) Hard Disk drives that are the standard 9.5mm thick. This is the size of hard drive that is typically used in a laptop.You can use the cases with a brand new hard drive or a hard drive that has been salvaged from an old laptop or Playstation of Mac (bear in mind that new Hard Drive or Hard drives salvaged from a Palystation will need to be formatted and allocated from within the case before you can use them - its an easy 5 minute job)

Whether you choose the USB only or the USB and eSATA version they both come with a one touch backup button. It provides an easy way to backup all your important documents. You just specify a copying path and state suitable attributes to the application program that is included on the enclosed disc.
